The Skills4Deca project is focused on one of the objectives of the Digital Europe programme: to ensure the widespread use of digital technologies throughout the economy and society for a greener environment by developing strategically advanced digital skills. The initiative aims to meet the skills needs of the housing decarbonisation sector in the Baltic States. The goal of Skills4Deca is to supplement and enrich existing bachelor's or master's programmes with modern digital content, practical classes, training seminars. 3 higher education institutions from the Baltic countries will participate in the development of the Skills4Deca programme - RTU from Latvia, TALTECH from Estonia and VILTECH from Lithuania, as well as Baltic companies and centers of excellence in research from the digital industry and energy efficiency sector.
